What ⬤ means
Whatever the list, rating or chart around it says. At the start of a line it is a heavier bullet. In a row like ⬤⬤⬤ on a five-point scale it counts filled points, as in skill or review ratings. In comparison charts built from Harvey balls (circles filled by quarters, seen in reports and product comparisons), the full black circle marks the top level of the scale, such as complete or fully supported. On a map or diagram, the key decides.
Because it is a plain text symbol, it takes your text colour and font. A font that lacks it borrows the glyph from another one, or shows an empty box if none has it, so the dot can look bigger, smaller or slightly off-line, and in tables or monospaced text it may not line up. Check it where alignment matters.
