What 𘲰 means
It is a Khitan character, not an emoji.
Unicode’s name for it, KHITAN SMALL SCRIPT CHARACTER-18CB0, is an inventory label, not a translation or pronunciation. Khitan writing uses signs for whole words and signs for speech sounds; sound signs usually combine into word-sized clusters.
The Khitan, also spelled Kitan, were a people of northern China who used this script. Yelü Diela created it around 925, reportedly drawing inspiration from the Uyghur script, though the two have few similarities. It coexisted with Khitan Large Script and continued into the Western Liao (Qara Khitai) and Jin periods. Many surviving examples are tomb inscriptions—memorial texts carved on stone and buried with Khitan royalty or nobles. Historic columns ran vertically from right to left; digital layouts can show characters individually or horizontal clusters.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘲰 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
