What 𜺈 means

It is one six-cell picture tile. A “sextant” is a character box split into two columns and three rows; 𜺈 fills the right column and leaves the left empty, with narrow background gutters. The United Kingdom developed Teletext in the early 1970s to broadcast information pages with simple graphics. By September 1976, the Broadcast Teletext Specification described these mosaics for such pictures. Unicode later encoded the separated display as a character to keep teletext software compatible.
