Clapping Hands is applause, Raising Hands is the cheer when something finally lands, Thumbs Up is the smallest possible good job, OK Hand says "perfect" and Flexed Biceps says the work was hard and you pulled it off. Hundred Points is the grade: a perfect score, nothing to fix.
