What means
The digits name the filled positions in the six-cell tile. A sextant is a mosaic tile with two columns and three rows; 3 is middle-left, 5 bottom-left. Neighboring tiles work like pixels, making larger pictures and interface graphics on a text grid.
Teletext was a British television text service developed in the early 1970s, sending pages of words and simple block pictures to TVs. Its mosaic graphics had a separated mode with narrow gaps between cells. The contiguous sextant tiles were accepted into Unicode 13.0; separate forms were added for Teletext emulators and older programs that had assigned them custom character codes.
